Meta has announced the global rollout of new subscription plans for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, adding paid features across its social media and messaging platforms. The feature is also integrated with Instagram Teen Accounts and Instagram Family Center which provide time limits, Sleep Mode and parental supervision for teen users. Meta has removed end-to-end encryption support for Instagram direct messages starting May 8, 2026.
