Apart from smart notifications, the fitness band features the six-axis and the PPG heart rate sensors for 24-hour heart rate monitoring. To improve sleep quality, the band comes with all-day sleep monitoring for monitoring deep and REM sleep, nap quality, and light interference detection via infrared. The band also comes with a plethora of functions for women's health such as recording and notifying the menstrual cycle and fertility calendar. On paper, the Mi Band has a battery life of up to 14 days. Pre-order for the standard version of the Mi Band 5 is now available in China. It retails for CNY 189 and comes with a black band.
