Microsoft says the goal is to make computing more natural where users express their intent in language rather than navigating apps. Project Solara will run on enterprise-grade infrastructure with identity and security tools like Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. It also integrates with tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft is working with Qualcomm and MediaTek to build reference devices including wearable and desktop concepts. The new Microsoft Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6 for Business have been launched. These devices are also the first with dedicated Copilot keys on the keyboard for activating Microsoft’s new AI assistant features. Microsoft also claims that both devices offer up to 19 hours of battery life. Microsoft also says that the tablet’s display is 33% brighter than previous models.
