Microsoft has officially completed ZeniMax Media's acquisition, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks, for USD 7.5 billion. The acquisition gives the Microsoft Xbox ownership of Zenimax Media’s eight development studios, including the Bethesda Game Studios, id Software, ZeniMax Online Studios, Arkane, MachineGames, Tango Gameworks, Alpha Dog, and Roundhouse Studios.
