We have made the decision to end production of Azure Kinect Developer Kit, but this is far from the end of this technology as it will continue to be available through our partner ecosystem.” For users that already own the device, they may still be able to use it without any disruption according to Mehta. The first Kinect device was launched with the Xbox 360 and stopped making them back in 2017. The Azure Kinect developer kits will be available until the end of October and no longer be available after. Microsoft has announced to completely remove the Adobe Flash component from Windows through the KB4577586 "Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player" starting June 2021. In July 2017, Microsoft, along with Adobe and their industry technology partners, announced that Adobe Flash Player would no longer be supported after December 2020. Microsoft has announced that the support for Windows 7 will come to an end on January 14, 2020, after its first release in 2009.
