Microsoft has officially launched in the country the Lumia 640 XL Dual-SIM Windows Phone smartphone which features a 5.7-inch display, Snapdragon 400 quad-core CPU, Dual-SIM support, and 3,000mAh battery. We previously reported that the Lumia 640 XL appeared on Avant-Abenson's webpage with support for LTE connectivity. After Microsoft Lumia PH announced that the Lumia 640 XL will arrive in the country soon, Avant-Abenson has already listed on their website the LTE variant of the said smartphone for Php12K. In a recent tweet, Lumia Pilipinas has confirmed that one of the company’s new smartphone, the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, will make its local debut in the near future. The exact date of release and SRP also remain to be known at the time of writing, but if they’re previous announcement is anything to go by, then the 3G-only Lumia 640 XL should be retailed somewhere around Php9,400 while the LTE variant will cost around Php11,000. Microsoft has officially announced two new smartphones that feature Snapdragon 400 quad-core processors, Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim, and dual-SIM support with LTE - the 5-inch Lumia 640 and the 5.7-inch Lumia 640 XL. The Lumia 640 will launch in April with an estimated price of around 139 EUR (~Php7,000) for the 3G model and 159 EUR (~Php8,000) for the LTE model.
