PowerMac today launched a new activity monitor called the Misfit Shine. The Misfit Shine is available in stores for Php6,850. Yes, you read it right -- Sky Broadband is offering up to 112Mbps residential cable internet. Sky Broadband reps tell me the theoretical speed is 112Mbps down and 5Mbps up. Sun Cellular Wireless Broadband has upgraded its network to 3.5G (HSDPA) and dropped its unlimited monthly subscription fees to Sun subscribers. Existing Sun Postpaid Subscribers can also avail of the Wireless Broadband plan for an additional Php649 on their MSF. “In solidarity with the government’s call for energy conservation, Globe AT HOME is committed to making the remote work and education experience as seamless as possible,” said Abigail Cardino, Vice President and Head of Brand Management for Broadband Business at Globe.
