Following the release of Android 9.0 Pie, smartphone brands have been announcing lists of their smartphones that will support the new operating system, including Motorola. Below is the list of devices that will receive the OS update starting this fall: Moto z3 Moto z3 play Moto z2 Force Edition Moto z2 play Moto x4 Moto g6 plus Moto g6 Moto g6 play Android 9.0 Pie features an updated material UI and UX, App Actions, Smart Selection Tool, Slices, Performance improvements, Adaptive Battery, to name a few. Motorola uses a stock Android experience on their current smartphones so you can expect the same implementation with Android Pie. Looks like Motorola's new generation Moto X isn't going to get left behind as it has received its Oreo update, locally, today. Released just before 2017 ended, Motorola's Moto X4 actually squeezed its way into the company's already crowded mid-range line-up of that year. The Moto 4X packs a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chipset, 4GB RAM, and dual rear cameras in a water and dust resistance package.
