Noise-canceling headphones have been quite a trend over the last few years. Here’s a pretty affordable pair of on-ear, noise-canceling headphones from JBL, the TUNE 600BTNC. Yes, they are on-ear style headphones, although I’ve found that people with smaller ears can use them as over-ear ones. Another great thing about these headphones is the fact that it utilizes a flat-fold design which allows the user to store them in a pouch or bag easily. They are also very comfortable and lightweight, I never really felt much listening fatigue with these on my head; which can be ironic since I do get fatigued with more expensive headphones. The mids can be a little more pronounced in my opinion, but for how affordable these noise-canceling headphones are, they aren’t too shabby! They aren’t as good as more expensive offerings from Bose or Sony, but for a fraction of how much those headphones cost, the TUNE 600BTNC’s deserved praise. For ports, you get micro USB for charging the headphones up, but if you do run out of battery on your commute, you need not worry for you can still use a wired connection with these headphones via the included 3.5mm aux cable included in the box.
