#Netflix Kids Activity Report

Netflix is currently rolling out a new tool to better monitor what their kids are watching and conducts a global test of Family Profile that allows subscribers to customize family-friendly movies and shows. According to a report, emails have been sent out to Netflix subscribers with Kids Profile, informing parents that they can activate the feature and join in. The Kids Activity Report rolls out in select countries while the Family Profile will be available globally as part of the test. Kids can download the app on phones and tablets, then sign in using a Netflix account. Netflix also announced new and returning kids’ shows, including Young MacDonald, Trash Truck Season 3, and more Sesame Street content. Deadline reports that Netflix is in the early stages of bringing unscripted shows and stand-up specials through live-streaming, as well as The report also claims that the streaming giant may use the live stream option to hold live voting for competition series and talent contests in the likes of ABC's American Idol and Dancing with the Stars.
