#Netflix update

The video-streaming platform, Netflix has added the new New & Popular Tab on smart TVs. The latest New & Popular Tab shows off contents per group, showing up New on Netflix, Coming Soon, and the Top 10 titles per country which debuted in February and receives updates daily. Netflix is adding a new quality of life update that allows users to lock each profile with a PIN. As part of Netflix's parental control update, users may now add PINs to individual profiles to prevent kids from wandering into the adult section by switching profiles. To keep those legacy machines safe from potential threats, the tech giant introduced the Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) program last year, allowing personal account users to opt into continued patch coverage. However, Microsoft has quietly updated its support documentation, adding a full extra year to the lifeline. Enrolled consumer devices will now officially continue to receive critical security patches until October 12, 2027. While we would've enjoyed if Microsoft called it the "Extended Extended Security Updates program," it seems like they fully intend for this extension to fly under the radar.
