Homegrown Filipino motorcycle taxi app Angkas is getting a major overhaul. They've recently unveiled a brand-new app, aptly named "Angkas Beta," promising a significant upgrade in speed and features. Angkas CEO George Royeca claims the beta app promises to secure a whopping 90% of bookings within minutes. Royeca also touts the new app’s multiple earnings enhancements, beneficial for their riders (such as auto accept, set destination, earnings goals). Users in other areas will still need to rely on the older app for now (currently named as "Angkas [Old]”). Users can download the new Angkas app on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
