Uber has announced a new and improved Uber rider app which aims to improve the passenger's experience when using service. According to Uber, the new Uber experience is reimagined around a simple question— "Where to?". For one, the new Uber app learns from your routine and will provide "shortcuts" that predict where you could be headed. The new Uber rider app is rolling out globally on iOS and Android over the next several weeks. Most importantly, these new rule changes apply worldwide, not just in the US.
