Protective case maker Dbrand may have already revealed what the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 could look like. The company has announced the “Killswitch” case—designed for the next generation of the Nintendo Switch hardware. Several stores in the Philippines have officially dropped pre-order details for the new Nintendo Switch 2. The retail prices are the same as those listed on the Nintendo Official Store via Shopee, as follows: PHP 31,990 - Nintendo Switch 2 (console only) PHP 35,500 - Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World bundle To recap, the new handheld now features a 7.9-inch 1080p LCD screen and can push up to 4K resolution when docked. Availability Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 are available, but not limited to, through the following stores (online and/or in-stores): Nintendo Official Store Digital Walker DataBlitz Game Xtreme GAMELINE Game One PH Electroworld and more Users can use the funds to buy content on any of these consoles and systems until 27 March 2023 if they have linked their Nintendo Network ID funds (used on the Nintendo eShop for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS) with the funds attached to their Nintendo Account (used on the Nintendo Switch eShop). Following that, the money can only be used on Nintendo Switch content. No changes are planned on Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch.
