OnePlus has announced the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro in China both rocking flagship chipsets from Qualcomm. While the vanilla Ace 5 doesn’t come with the said Wi-Fi chip nor a cooling system, it does run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Previously, a report claimed that the OnePlus Ace 5 is expected to go global as the OnePlus 13R. Acer doesn't want to be left behind the UMPC wars either. The Acer Aspire One was introduced during the Computex at Taipei, Taiwan yesterday. Acer is once again the leader of the PC market in the Philippines for 2021. Acer Philippines sold 561,000 units in 2021 from 394,000 in 2020 and 347,000 in 2019. For Acer, sales of gaming notebooks nearly doubled with 113,000 units sold last year from 75,000 in 2020 and 38,000 in 2019.
