#PCMARK BENCHMARK SCORES

This is done through the benchmarking app called “PCMark” which puts mobile devices to the test. PCMark’s latest version of the battery benchmark tool, Work 3.0, runs a series of tests on the device to measure its true battery life under everyday working conditions—via simulation of web browsing, video and photo editing, writing documents, and data manipulation. As you may have noticed, despite these benchmark scores, each phone has varying battery life. The latest beta version of Android 16 and the March Pixel Feature Drop for Android 15 have introduced enhanced GPU drivers that deliver noticeably higher Vulkan API benchmark scores on Geekbench. Beyond benchmark scores, users might not immediately notice the difference in everyday applications, yet the enhanced GPU performance has the potential to deliver smoother graphics, faster processing, and an overall more enjoyable mobile gaming experience. Indeed, our own benchmark tests showed scores that we've never seen before. A lot of people, tech-heads specifically, would look at the benchmark scores of a specific Android device before making any purchase decisions.
