Leading fixed broadband, on the other hand, is Singapore with 250.35 Mbps. The Ookla Speedtest Global Index report released on Tuesday revealed an improvement in the Philippines' fixed broadband download speed for January, with the median speed increasing to 88.13 Megabits per second (Mbps) from the 87.13 Mbps recorded the month before.
