Smart and PLDT are the Philippines' Speedtest Awards winners for the fastest 5G mobile and fixed broadband speed during Q3–Q4 2021, according to Ookla. Ookla compared 325,396 user-initiated 5G tests taken on the Speedtest iOS and Android mobile apps from all the major mobile carriers in the Philippines during the award period to determine who showed the fastest mobile network speeds.
