Ookla has released their latest Speedtest Global Index for September 2021, showing that the Philippines' average mobile internet download speed is at 35.03 Mbps, while the average fixed broadband download speed is at 71.85 Mbps. As for its Fixed Broadband speeds, the Philippines rank jumps down at 64 and has an average download speed of 71.85 Mbps, an upload speed of 70.32 Mbps, and a latency of 19ms. The Philippines have been steadily improving but it has a long way to go when compared to UAE's mobile download speed of 238.06 Mbps and Monaco's Fixed Broadband download speed of 261.82 Mbps.
