With the Google Pixel 8a heralded by many as the "budget smartphone king," there has always been a lot of anticipation for its successor. As such, the upcoming Google Pixel 9a has been the subject of many leaks leading up to its rumored March release date. Before we get to the price, the Google Pixel 9a is slated to be a redesigned version of the 8a, in the same way that the 9 series is to the 8. The Google Pixel 9a is slated to come with the next-generation Tensor 4 chipset, alongside other upgrades. [gallery columns="2" size="large" ids="391473,391474"] Google Pixel 9a Rumored Price The Google Pixel 9a is rumored to be going on sale for $499 (USD) for the 128GB variant, and $599 for the 256GB. This would make the price identical with the previous-generation Pixel 8a, which helps the device in its bid to win more bang-for-the-buck awards. However, with  the price of the vanilla Google Pixel 9 starting to fall within the same bracket, as well as competitors like the Nothing Phone 3a series looming in the horizon, we can't help but wonder what's next. The ISOCELL HPC features a 1/1.3-inch optical format with 0.6μm pixels and introduces Samsung's DeepPix technology, which the company says is the first of its kind in the industry.
