Google announces the new Chromebook Pixel

Google has announced the new Chromebook Pixel, a Chrome OS-powered notebook that sports a 13-inch display, Intel Core i5 or i7 CPUs, up to 64GB of flash storage, and two USB Type-C ports.

The new Chromebook Pixel is available in the U.S. for $999 for the base model and $1,299 for the LS (Ludicrous Speed) version.

    While the hw specs are good…. I think no one would spend $999 on a laptop with just a chrome os.
