In a Facebook post by PlayStation By iTech, the first ever PlayStation specialized store in the country will be opening tomorrow, June 27, 2018, at the SM City North EDSA Annex. Sony Philippines has finally celebrated the official entry of the PlayStation to the Philippines. Sony is bringing the PlayStation 3 and the PSP as well as several games for the console starting today. PlayStation will be available in Sony Centre Parksquare, Sony Centre Gateway, Sony Centre Megamall, Sony Centre Trinoma, Sony Centre Shangri-la, Sony Centre Ermita, Sony Centre Festival Mall, Sony Experience Corner at Anson's Makati Ave. Only units bought from these stores will be eligible for the one year warranty and support. The PSP Go and the PlayStation Network was not launched together with the PlayStation and PSP but Sony promises to update us once they are ready to introduce them too. Globe hosted a lunch for the media this afternoon to introduce their very first Flagship Store in the country which is located at the Greenbelt 4. Globe's concept of their Flagship Store was inspired from various telco stores around the world (yeah, they sent a team to check out the Apple Store in New York, AT&T, Orange and Vodafone in Europe and Singtel in Singapore).
