Sony has quietly unlocked several of its major PC titles in countries where PlayStation Network (PSN) isn't officially supported (including the Philippines). Following the success of Stellar Blade on Steam, which became available in non-PSN regions after direct developer intervention, more Sony-published games are now accessible without the need for workarounds. Earlier this year, Helldivers 2 became a hot topic after Sony attempted to require a PSN login even in regions where PSN wasn't available. Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut remains restricted in some regions, likely due to its Legends multiplayer mode requiring PSN integration. Sony’s PlayStation Network (PSN) went offline for nearly 24 hours, marking its first major outage of the year. Sony confirmed the restoration via its Japanese and US PlayStation accounts, with all services now listed as operational on the PSN Service Status page. For now, PSN services remain stable, but Sony has yet to provide further details on what caused the outage or if any additional steps will be taken to prevent future disruptions.
