HUAWEI, the global technology powerhouse, has officially announced that its much-anticipated Pura 80 Series will launch globally on July 10, 2025, with Dubai hosting the premier event. Among the series, the spotlight shines brightest on the Pura 80 Ultra, a flagship model packed with some of the most advanced camera technology seen on a smartphone to date. The Pura 80 Ultra is rumored to closely follow the specs of the Chinese variant, boasting a groundbreaking 1-inch 50MP RYYB primary camera featuring variable aperture technology. HUAWEI claims this setup represents the largest telephoto camera in the industry, positioning the Pura 80 Ultra as a leader in zoom and image clarity. Under the hood, the Pura 80 Ultra is equipped with 16GB of RAM and offers massive storage options of either 512GB or 1TB. Other devices in the Pura 80 Series lineup include the Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Pro+, though specific details about these models are still under wraps. While HUAWEI has yet to confirm a Philippine release for the Pura 80 Series, growing demand and recent market trends suggest a strong possibility that these premium devices will eventually make their way to local consumers.
