#Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite launch

The Snapdragon 8 Elite marks the debut of Qualcomm's Oryon CPU cores. The 8 Elite has a Snapdragon X80 5G Modem-RF System dedicated specifically for AI-enhanced connectivity. There has yet to be a device announced to have the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. OnePlus officially unveiled the OnePlus Pad 4 in India, carrying Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The device operates on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which supports a maximum of 16GB RAM and 512GB storage capacity to provide users with flagship-level performance. Qualcomm has announced the new Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 and Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processors. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 includes AI-powered camera features, Qualcomm Adaptive Performance Engine 4.0 for gaming, up to 21% better GPU performanc, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and ultra-fast 5G connectivity. According to Qualcomm, upcoming devices powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 will come from brands including HONOR and REDMI.
