#Qualcomm unveils Snapdragon 6s Gen 4

Qualcomm has officially introduced the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4, a major leap forward for its mid-range 5G lineup and the successor to last year’s 6s Gen 3. Expected to debut in upcoming Xiaomi, OPPO, and moto phones, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 aims to bring flagship-level efficiency to the mid-range segment. Qualcomm has announced that its annual Snapdragon Summit will take place from September 22 to 24, 2026, in Hawaii, where the company is expected to introduce its next-generation Snapdragon processors. The event is expected to feature the company's latest mobile chip announcements, including the anticipated Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro. While Qualcomm has not officially confirmed the products that will be unveiled during the summit, the Snapdragon Summit has traditionally served as the company's stage for introducing its flagship mobile platforms. Industry reports also suggest that the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series could be Qualcomm's first flagship mobile processors manufactured using a 2nm process, although the company has yet to confirm the manufacturing details or pricing. Qualcomm is expected to share additional details about the event as Snapdragon Summit 2026 draws closer.
