The vanilla Xiaomi Redmi 9, powered by a MediaTek Helio G80 chip, has been launched in the Philippines. After the launch of the Redmi Note 9 series, Xiaomi has silently released the non-Note variant, Redmi 9. The Redmi 9 sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ display, MediaTek Helio G80 chipset paired with up to 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage. The Redmi 9 is available in the global Xiaomi Mall, which is part of Lazada's LazMall program. HONOR Philippines has made the HONOR X7e available in the country through Lazada. The smartphone is currently offered as a Lazada exclusive, with the 6GB + 128GB variant carrying an official retail price of PHP 14,999. Xiaomi, a well-known smartphone brand in China, has just unveiled their latest Android smartphone that packs impressive mid-range specs coupled with an equally impressive entry-level price tag, the Redmi. The Xiaomi Redmi is a dual-SIM droid that sports a 4.7-inch HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 2, a MediaTek quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, and an 8 megapixel f/2.2 aperture camera. Chinese phone manufacturer Xiaomi confirmed entering the phablet scene with the Redmi Note (Redmi's successor) which will be available for pre-orders in less than a week.
