The prices of two new additions to the Redmi Note 12 family, the Redmi Note 12S and the Note 12 Pro (4G variant), have been revealed online. The Redmi Note 12S, with a configuration of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, is priced at Php 12,999. Meanwhile, the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G is priced at Php 14,999 for the same configuration as the 12S. A previous report claimed that the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G is simply a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro, citing similarities between the specifications of the two phones. The only differences between the two models are a faster 67W charging capability on the Note 12 Pro and a redesigned camera module. Comparing these two 4G midrange phones to the recently launched Redmi Note 12 Series, they will sit a tier higher than the vanilla Redmi Note 12 in terms of pricing segment, if the leak is to be believed.
