ASUS ROG Philippines has just announced that the ROG Strix SCAR 17 Special Edition (SE) and the ROG Flow X16 will be making its way to the Philippines by September 2022. The ROG Strix SCAR 17 SE is said to be the most powerful laptop in ROG's arsenal for 2022 by boasting the 65W i9-12950HX processor and up to an RTX 3080Ti with a max TGP of 175W. It features the new ROG Intelligent Cooling design system to help keep the laptop cool under heavy load and a stylish cyberpunk-inspired aesthetic with invisible ink directly on its metal chassis that illuminates under a UV flashlight. The ROG Flow X16 is a 2-in-1 gaming laptop with a 360° hinge that packs in a 16-inch QHD+ 165Hz Mini LED display with a Ryzen 9 processor and an RTX 3060 graphics card. It also has support for ROG's XG Mobile external GPU that transforms the Flow X16 into a powerful workstation with the latest AMD Radeon RX 6850M XT GPU. Both laptops come with a MUX Switch to help switch between their integrated and dedicated graphics card. Both laptops will be available starting this September 2022 in the Philippines through official ASUS and ROG Concept stores and select multi-brand retailers nationwide.
