Samsung Electronics Philipines Corporation recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Philippine National Police (PNP) for their partnership to develop the Samsung 321 mobile app. The Samsung 321 mobile app is an already-existing app that allows the user to contact the nearest emergency services such as Police Stations, Fire Stations, Medial Assistance, Motor and Traffic Assistance, National Disaster Hotlines, and the Red Cross, with the help of GPS. To be able to do that, it’s important that we work hand-in-hand with institutions like the PNP, who share the same goals and objectives." "We are happy to be working with Samsung for this project," says PDIR Napoleon C. We are looking forward to releasing the app to the public and are confident that it will be a great help to many Filipinos, and a staple in their smartphones."
