The A51 also has a slightly higher vertical resolution with 2400p over the Galaxy A50s' 2340p. Samsung also used its Infinity-O design to house the front camera on the Galaxy A51, while the Galaxy A50s is using Samsung's Infinity-U design. For the cameras, the Galaxy A51 has a 5MP macro lens, which the A50s lacks. Samsung also increased the resolution of the ultra-wide lens to 12MP from the A50s' 8MP. As for the selfie camera, both use a 32MP sensor, although the Galaxy A51 has a smaller F2.2 aperture compared to the A50s' F2.0 aperture. The Galaxy A51, however, can be had with 8GB RAM while the A50s only comes with 6GB RAM.
