If Smart has the Galaxy Y Netphone Edition, Globe is also introducing the Samsung Galaxy Y PowerSurf Edition which comes free with Plan 499. Just saw this ad from one of the dailies today -- it features both the CloudFone Temptation and the Samsung Galaxy Y with Globe PowerSurf 299 which offers 300MB of data plan for 30 days. Both the Galaxy Y and the CloudFone Temptation are free on Plan 499. No mention as to the prepaid kit price of the Galaxy Y or the Temptation.
