Samsung Electronics has officially launched Samsung Browser for Windows. It also supports Samsung Pass for secure autofill of logins and personal information. Samsung Browser for Windows is available on Windows 10 and 11 devices while AI features are currently limited to select markets including the United States and South Korea. Samsung is finally launching a PC version of its popular mobile browser, Samsung Internet, marking its debut on desktop starting October 30. Samsung Internet for PC will also include Galaxy AI features, such as Browsing Assist, which can summarize and translate web pages instantly. Previously, Samsung Internet users needed a Chrome extension to sync bookmarks on desktop. With the PC beta, Samsung hopes to strengthen its software ecosystem, particularly for Galaxy Book laptops, by offering its own fully integrated browser. The Samsung Internet beta will be free to download starting October 30 for Windows users running version 10 (build 1809 or later) or Windows 11.
