#Samsung QD-OLED monitors

Ahead of CES 2025, Samsung has unveiled a slate of new monitors, including a mix of high-performance gaming and entertainment-focused models. Two new Odyssey G-series gaming monitors that are said to debut the world's first QD-OLED panels with a jaw-dropping 500Hz refresh rate. Notably, while 500Hz monitors aren't new to the market, Samsung's G6 is the first to integrate QD-OLED technology, promising near-instantaneous 0.03ms response times — a game-changer for competitive play. As with Samsung's other OLED monitors, the M9 supports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, ensuring vibrant colors and deep contrast. Aside from Samsung, other brands like ASUS and MSI also annonced 4K OLED monitors that use the same Samsung Display fourth generation QD-OLED technology. The monitors feature QD-OLED technology, offering deep blacks, high contrast, and vibrant colors for a more lifelike experience. LCD monitors from Samsung are getting better and better.
