During today's Samsung Developer conference, the company, aside from revealing Bixby 2.0, also announced that they are merging all of their IoT services namely SmartThings, Samsung Connect, and ARTIK under one platform -- SmartThings Cloud. SmartThings cloud will work as a single, central cloud-based control hub for all of the company's IoT services. With the release of SmartThings cloud developers no longer have to worry about developing and creating multiple products or programs to support those services as they would only have to work with a single API (Application Program Interface).
