Samsung has just announced its newest rugged smartphone, the Galaxy XCover6 Pro. The XCover6 Pro features a 6.6-inch display with a FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The XCover6 Pro also features a headphone jack and a programmable push-to-talk button. Samsung hasn’t released official pricing and availability details so stay tuned for more updates. The much awaited Omnia i900 from Samsung (see specs here) was released in the Philippines yesterday. While everybody is getting frustrated with the supposed Globe iPhone 3G pricing, the Samsung Omnia will definitely be a formidable alternative to the former. The rumored new Samsung i8510 that tows in an 8-megapixel camera and a 16GB internal storage becomes official. This new Samsung i8510 phone will be named Innovate or Innov8.
