Shopee introduces the  “Livestream Call’ feature on Shopee Live to provide a better customer experience and higher possibilities of engagements. This new feature will allow sellers to interact with viewers via audio or video call during a live stream. As more shoppers turn to livestream to learn about brands, products and interact with sellers, we are glad that the new Shopee Live features will also enhance their shopping experience. We will continue to innovate and make improvements on existing tools to support the growth of businesses on Shopee,” said Martin Yu, Director at Shopee Philippines. Shopee has also launched various initiatives that aim to further improve the overall e-commerce experience for sellers and shoppers with Shopee Live. Earlier this year, Shopee rolled out the co-streaming feature which allowed live stream hosts to co-stream with one of their viewers for a more interactive streaming session. In addition, the Livestream Flash Sale was also introduced to help sellers gain more viewers and boost their sales during streaming sessions on Shopee Live. With this, sellers can promote their discounted products, attract more views, and boost orders during a live stream.
