#SKY upgrade

SKY Fiber has announced an upgrade of its unlimited 5mbps bundle plan, giving access to more cable channels. The unlimited broadband bundle plan includes a high-speed modem and SKY on Demand box to access cable TV, SKYcable exclusives, Netflix, and YouTube. You may visit the official SKY website for more information. Yes, you read it right -- Sky Broadband is offering up to 112Mbps residential cable internet. Sky Broadband reps tell me the theoretical speed is 112Mbps down and 5Mbps up. Sky Broadband seems to be tipping the scale for broadband speeds with offerings of up to 6Mbps and 12 Mbps packages for residential accounts. Any Sky Cable or Sky Broadband user out there who can share some feedback on service reliability (i.e how many downtimes a year, resolution time, etc.)?
