The Misfit Flare is the company's new and improved entry-level fitness and sleep monitor. The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor Band is now available in the Philippines. It’s essentially a wearable made for a user’s upper-arm, designed to track sleep quality and recovery. It monitors light, deep, and REM sleep stages. Users will get a daily sleep score and insights judged from their overall resting period. The skin temperature tracking can help detect changes in health or the user’s sleep environment. The band also uses vibrations for its smart wake alarm to alert users during lighter sleep stages. The Garmin Index Sleep Monitor Band comes in two sizes (S-M and L-XL), priced at PHP 10,290.
