Opensignal has posted their report for mobile network experience in the first quarter of 2023 for Globe, Smart, and DITO. This determines points such as fastest download speed, consistency, and experience with media. They have revealed that among the three mobile networks in the Philippines, Globe has the best experience when it comes to playing multiplayer mobile games, video streaming, and using voice apps on overall. The last network to have this feat was Smart. Meanwhile, Smart takes the bag for 5G Availability, 5G Reach, and 4G Coverage Experience. Opensignal has pointed out that Smart 5G users have the largest proportion of time on 5g (15.9% versus Globe’s 9.2%). The mobile network also has more Smart users connected to 5G in most of the locations Opensignal has visited. Smart also takes the award for fastest download speed experience for 5G and overall.
