There's not much information floating around regarding the second-generation Pixel handsets, but @evleaks has mentioned last month that they will be powered by a Snapdragon 836 SoC. Google is set to unveil their second-generation Pixel smartphones, and based on reports, it will pack Qualcomm's Snapdragon 836 mobile platform. It's predecessor, the Snapdragon 835, was announced in January 2017. In addition, its Adreno 430 GPU can output 30% more performance than the Snapdragon 805’s Adreno 420 while supporting 4K display resolution. Price tag for both devices are pretty steep, but do consider that having one means you're one of the firsts to have a device running the Snapdragon 810. Interested buyers can snag one this December.
