Airpeak S1 is the industry's smallest drone able to be equipped with a full-size mirrorless Sony Alpha camera. According to Sony, the Airpeak S1 enables dynamic and precise flight with high agility by using a proprietary motor, propeller, control system, and sensing technology. Sony mentioned that the Airpeak S1 is compatible with a wide range of camera bodies, including the Alpha 7S series and FX3 for high descriptive capability with suppressed noise, the Alpha 7R series for ultra-high-definition, and the Alpha 9 series and others for distortion-free images. Sony's Airpeak S1 SRP is approximately USD 9,000, and it will ship with two (2) pairs of propellers, a remote controller, two (2) batteries, and a battery charger. A year later, a redesigned Vaio P, the specs were bumped a little and Sony lowered the price too.
