Sony has just announced the release of its new bluetooth speaker the Sony SRS-XB33 EXTRA BASS Portable Wireless Speaker. Sony is touting its design that features an IP67 dust and waterproof rating allowing users to bring the device outdoors. It also features Sony’s X-Balanced Speaker Unit which maximizes the area of the speaker diaphragm, increasing sound pressure for a more punchy bass. The speaker also features a Mica Reinforced Cellular speaker cone and dust cap that contributes to the quality of sound while the side passive radiators have been optimized to produce clear bass. For connectivity the speaker supports Bluetooth 5.0 technology, NFC, a USB-C port and a USB-A port. The speaker is available in four colors, Red, Blue, Taupe, and Black and is priced at PHP 7,999.
