Starmobile releases a new budget-friendly dual-SIM Android smartphone that sports a 4-inch display, dual-core CPU, built-in Yamaha speaker, and a 2,000mAh battery for just under Php3k - the Starmobile Play. We just got our review unit of the BlackBerry Playbook today and we got word that Globe has taken lead on the release of the tablet in the Philippines with a possible launch date later this month or early next month. It certainly will not be locked considering there's no SIM module on the Playbook.
