Indian multinational company Tata Group is set to launch its "super app" TataNeu on April 7, as announced in their Google Play Store page. The long-anticipated app attempts to combine Tata's digital services, including ordering groceries from BigBasket (which majority share was acquired by Tata in 2021), booking flights with Air India, booking rooms at Taj Hotels, or paying for utility bills through Tata Pay. Tata also plans to offer “NeuCoins” as reward in using TataNeu, where one NeuCoin is equivalent to one Indian rupee (approximately PHP 0.68). Grab has officially unveiled a suite of 13 new AI-powered features at its annual GrabX 2026 product showcase in Jakarta, positioning its superapp as a more intelligent “everyday guide” for users across Southeast Asia. “We want the Grab app to be the Everyday Guide that handles manual tasks, so you can focus on your day,” said Kandal. “Coach”, acts as a built-in concierge in-app, helping users plan meals, book restaurants, or even generate shopping carts using photos, voice notes, or lists.
