Synology has introduced two new models to its DiskStation lineup: the DS1825+ and DS725+. The DS1825+ supports up to eight drive bays, while the DS725+ comes with two bays. Storage can be further expanded using Synology’s DX525 expansion units, allowing raw capacities of up to 360TB on the DS1825+ and 140TB on the DS725+. Users can back up multiple devices, host media libraries, or manage IP cameras through Synology's ecosystem. As with previous DiskStation models, both systems run Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) and support a wide range of applications for centralized data storage and remote access. However, the Synology DS1825+ DiskStation should be available for roughly PHP 80,000. Meanwhile, the Synology DS725+ DiskStation should be priced around PHP 30,000. Synology has recently launched the DiskStation DS418j in Taiwan.
