Tinder is bringing back a classic feature to the app allowing for new ways to create connections, the Blind Date. Tinder says that this was inspired by the original way to meet someone new. Tinder says that users who use the Blind Date feature made 40% more matches than those using another Fast Chat feature with profiles visible, showing a willingness among daters to interact and ultimately match with someone that they might have overlooked in another setting. Blind Date can be found in Explore, the new interactive space on Tinder. and will be rolling out to Tinder members globally in the coming weeks. Tinder just announced a big set of updates, including new AI tools designed to make dating feel easier and less tiring. Tinder is currently testing its new features which enable users to attend real-life events and participate in video speed dating in Los Angeles.
