Here’s our unboxing and initial impression of the Starmobile UP Sense. The UP Sense comes in a slim slide-out box. The back plate of the UP Sense has a woven texture to it and it’s removable to give access to the battery and card slots. Today, we’re looking at budget and entry-level phones priced under 10,000 pesos that were launched during Q2 of 2026. DISCLAIMER: The smartphones featured in this list reflect their suggested retail prices (SRP) at launch. The itel A200 is priced at PHP 5,999 for the 3GB+128GB variant. The REDMI 15C 5G has a retail price of PHP 8,499 for the lone 4GB+256GB config. First time I heard of HiSense was when the guys at Awesome.PH sent me a free (HiSense HB200M) unit to review last year.
