SHANGHAI, China — October 15, 2025 — vivo officially launched OriginOS 6, the company’s latest mobile operating system, marking its global rollout. Built around the principles of smoothness, design, and AI integration, OriginOS 6 introduces several technical and user interface upgrades aimed at improving system performance and user experience. vivo reports that its 8+1 Ultra-Core Computing improves app cold-start speed by 18.5%, frame-rate stability by 10.5%, and animation performance by 35%. The vivo X300 Pro running OriginOS 6 has received SGS certification for sustained performance, simulating five years of heavy use. Design and Interface OriginOS 6 introduces a nature-inspired Origin Design system that unifies visual elements such as color, shape, and typography. The new vivo Sans font supports more than 40 languages.
