Performance and Benchmarks Powering the vivo V23 is a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G paired with a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU and 8/12GB of RAM. Connectivity and Battery Life For connectivity, the vivo V23 is ready with WiFi, dual 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS.
